Development NewsAugust 2010 Developers seem to be artificially inflating the cost of development and forcing landholders out of the business. The cost of development has increased 500% over the past 6 years. This has pushed this development beyond our financial capabilities so we are revising the development plan to a smaller number of lots with no road. New plans will be posted as soon as we have some indication from Council. |
